If you need to return an item, we're happy to help! We accept returns on all unused items.

  with your Order Number, and we’ll reply with the correct return address.
• The details: We don't provide prepaid return labels, so you'll need to cover the return postage. However, once your unused item makes its way back to our doghouse, we’ll dig up a full refund for your item plus your original shipping cost! (Note: Shipping insurance fees are non-refundable).
